As the Crystal Fox Gallery is strongly committed to privacy, any information you give to us will only be used to process your transactions and for internal research with the exceptions noted below*

 Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. Contact information from the order form is used to send an order confirmation, send out orders or reply to our customer requests. The contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We pledge that all personal financial customer information is secure and held confidential at all times from sale, disclosure and/or rental to, and tampering by any known third party , with the
exceptions noted below under  *Important note
*This applies to all personal customer information that is submitted, gathered, tracked or otherwise obtained in the course of any on-line business with us. Personal Information Includes: · Names · Mailing and E-mail addresses · Telephone and Fax numbers · Credit information and/or history · Credit and/or debit card numbers · Bank account numbers · Any other personal banking information · Transactions · Personal or electronic histories
* Important note:
1.  If you applying for a Swarovski Collectors Society Membership  it is necessary for us to provide Swarovski  with your information so that they may process your application for membership. This means that we must provide them with your billing information. By ordering a membership off of this site, you are hereby authorizing us to provide this information to them.

2. If it is necessary to have an item shipped directly from the distributor,
    we will provide the shipping information to them so they can ship the 
    item  to you.  Many of the larger items such as , but not limited to,  
    fountains,    large bronze sculptures, custom orders, etc are shipped
    directly from   suppliers. Phone numbers may also be provided so that the  shipper can   contact customer for delivery.

3  If an item is currently out of stock and our supplier is able to
    ship it to you directly to speed up delivery, we will then provide them with
    your shipping information.  Phone numbers may also be provided so that 
     the shipper can  contact customer for delivery

4. If you DO NOT want this information given to them, please note this in the
    comment section. In some cases, however, we may not be able to fill your
    order as items such as large fountains are shipped directly to the
    customer.

5. Email addresses will be provided to UPS, FEDEX or USPS depending on
    the shipper that will be sending email confirmation of your order being 
    shipped.

6. SUSPECTED FRAUD or unauthorized credit card use. If we call the credit card issuing bank and are informed that this card number has been reported lost, stolen or flagged for fraud, or we are infomed that the name and addresses do not match that of the authorized card holder,  all information in the order form submitted will be provided to the credit card issuing bank in an attempt to prevent further unauthorized charges on the card. This information to include, but not limited to, email address, phone number, addresses, items purchased or special requests.
