2008 Numbered Limited Edition Rhinoceros

will be notified by Swarovski for the opportunity to purchase this item.

 SCS member exclusive which is featured in the July 2008 SCS member magazine. Swarovski has designed an SCS member exclusive special limited numbered edition Rhinoceros,available through a special global lottery. The Rhino measures 11 inches by 5.75 inches and will come with a black stand. The MSR on this NLE piece is $3750 US. Only 10,000 worldwide will be available. SCS members interested in entering their name for a chance to purchase this NLE Rhino will need to provide their authorized Swarovski dealer with their member information so that their dealer can submit their application to Swarovski between
July 7 - September 14, 2008. All applications must be received by Swarovski by Sept. 15 2008. On October 10, 2008, selections from these application entries will be made and those SCS members will be contacted via telephone starting October 12, 2008. Those contacted who wish to proceed with their purchase, will make payment directly to Swarovski. We will be putting us lots more information on this beautiful limited edition Rhinoceros soon!

SCS Trilogy 2008-2010 Endangered Wildlife .The new trilogy Endangered Wildlife has finally arrived! Three fascinating animals will be presented in the new Swarovski Crystal Society (SCS) Trilogy Endangered Wildlife 2008-2010. They are all rich in emotion and symbolism. The first of these to be portrayed in the new trilogy are the pandas. Three pandas plus an ornament representing the panda’s food – bamboo – form the basis of the exclusive SCS collection for 2008. The Annual Edition 2008 Pandas comprises two unique, jewel-inspired figurines in faceted crystal with exceptional brilliance. The two pandas are created in clear and Black Diamond crystal, with Jet crystal eyes. Mother panda is presented with a matt crystal bamboo accent. The mother and cub pandas are two separate pieces that can be displayed together or individually. With the new trilogy, the SCS returns to the concept of offering one Annual Edition limited to the year of issue and in one version only." Mother and Baby Panda are absolutely beautiful. they will have the opportunity to reach many people. The Panda bear is the Official Mascot for the 2008 Olypmpic games in Beijing China. It is also a symbol of the animal protection movement. SCS initiative water for nature -Living Yangtze: Conservation to improve the management of water resources along the natural habitat along the Yangtze River China. One area along this river is the natural habitat of the Panda Bears. Heinz Tabertshofer, the designer, captures the essence of the Panda and expresses it in his crystal design.

Tinkerbell will be the first in the Swarovski Limited Disney Series! Orginally part of the Peter Pan Story,Tinkerbell has become a star on own. So adorable with her Aurora Borealis colored crystal wings! She is not a numbered but is imited to the year of issue, 2008.   She will measure 2 7/8 x 4 13/16 and retail for $300 which includes the Tinkerbell Plaque. Tinkerbell has been getting rave reviews.
