Do you ship internationally?

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available on many items and to many locations. 
1.  If you are considering placing an order for international shipping, please email us first so that we can
     advise you if the item or items are available for international shipping and give you estimated shipping cost.
2. If we are able to ship the item (items) internationally we will need you to submit payment via PAYPAL
    as we are unable to verify international addresses for credit card processing. Use the PAYPAL EXPRESS
    CHECKOUT button on the order form.
3. Please fill out the order form and select INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Your order will show TBD in the
    shipping cost on the order confirmation.
4.  Once we receive your order, we will be able to compute the actual shipping costs and
     we will send you an invoice from PAYPAL for the shipping costs.
     If you approve of this shipping cost, please submit your payment for the shipping invoice using PAYPAL.
     Once we receive this paymenht for the shipping, we can then process your order.

5. The shipping charge we quote you DOES NOT include any duties, taxes or customs charges. 
    Please contact your local customs office regarding these charges.

We will email you with the shipping cost prior to processing your order.  The outer box size limit for International shipping varies  but we use 79 inches total as a guideline. The box size is measured by girth plus length. The majority of our items can be shipped internationally. Multiple item orders may require shipping in several boxes. All items are carefully boxed with quality cushion material In the event that your package is received damaged, save the boxes and packaging for inspection by the shipper. Please contact us immediately so we can file an insurance claim . You will have the option of obtaining a refund or having us reship the item to you.
