information related to ordering on line:
Placing your online Order

Please include any special requests (gift wrap, gift note etc )in the sections provided on the order form.
- All orders shipping to International addresses will require us to send an email to you with shipping quotes
and instructions for payment of shipping cost, after we receive your order, and can calculate the cost, prior to processing your order. PayPal payment is the accepted method of payment for international shipped orders.
- An automatic Order Confirmation Email will be sent to let you know that your order was received but does not guarantee an item is in stock. Please add the domain name crystal-fox.com
to your allowed email address spam filter list. (Friends list on some filters.) If this is not added, then
you may not be able to receive the ORDER CONFIRMATION or any other emails regarding your order
status that we may try to send to you.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email.
- Please check for any errors prior to submission of your order, especially the SHIP TO information:
street address, city, state, zip code, apartment number, suite number, or floor number where applicable.
Incorrect shipping address may result in delay of delivery or package being returned to us and a surcharge to customer.
- Phone number in shipping information should be the recipients phone number.

SHIPPING
- Please check to see that you have selected the appropriate shipping method.
If item is required for a specific date please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as shipping days.During the Holidays, please note that the guaranteed delivery times change as the holiday approaches and specific deadlines may apply.
- We make every attempt to ship out packages within 24 hours, or sooner, but please allow 24 - 48 hours to
process your order, especially during the holidays. This includes both ground and air shipments
(next day, second day, three day delivery). Packages are not picked up by shipper on the weekend days,
so please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping method.
SPECIAL SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
- The majority of packages we ship falls into the shipping rates quoted on this form. However, some "Air" shipments rates are calculated on dimensional weight by the shipping carrier and may result in additional costs. If your order requires additional shipping fees, we will contact you via email for your approval prior to processing your order.
- Additionally, some items including,but not limited to, items such as fountains, large sculptures and furniture may require different ground shipping calculations and/or shipping methods, and costs may need to be calculated based on the item. If you have ordered an item that does require additional shipping costs, we will contact you via email for your approval prior to processing your order. If you have any questions regarding the shipping cost of an item, prior to placing an order, please send us email and we can let you know if the item will require special shipping cost calculations.
