2008 Shipping Guidelines

2008 Holiday Shipping Guideline Recommendations

Due to the volume of shipments at this time of year we are providing some important
domestic shipping 'guideline recommendation' deadline dates to help facilitate a
timely arrival of those last minute internet gift orders.
Orders usually ship within 24- 48 hours depending on the time of day your order was
submitted and received, and the shipping carrier's scheduled pick up time.
Please keep this in mind when submitting your holiday internet orders so that they
can be shipped out early enough to meet the recommended 2008  shipping deadlines.

Overnite Dec 23
2nd Day Dec. 22
3 Day Express Dec. 19

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible 
but  ask that you allow extra time during the holidays for your order to process and ship. 

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for processing and packing your shipment prior
to having it ready for shipper pick up.

  • Pick ups for UPS and Fedex are made once a day Monday-Friday, usually between
    1:00 PM and 3:00 PM PST, but may vary with the increase in the holiday volume of
    shipments. UPS and FEDEX Pickups are not made on Saturday or Sunday.

    USPS PRIORITY MAIL: May be used for Ground shipping under the following circumstances.
    For small, lightweight items estimated shipping time is 2-3 days but not guaranteed.

    Express USPS mail: May be substituted for "overnite shipping" for small, lightweight  at our
    discretion . Ex: If  orders requesting overnite shipping are received too late for the FEDEX
    overnite pick up deadline, we will attempt to ship them out with USPS Express Mail if at all possible.

    Please make sure you provide us with the correct email address on your order form
    so that we can contact you regarding any questions about your order and to provide
    you tracking information.

    We reserve the right to select the shipper based on the value and size of the
    item/items being shipped.

    ORDER STATUS can be checked on the website by clicking the Order Status link
    in the upper right hand corner of the webpage. You will need to have your order number
    to access this information as well as the email address used on your order form.

    Weather conditions can affect all scheduled deliveries and shipper guarantees will
    be waived due to any serious weather conditions which prevent normal movement
    of packages.

    We make every attempt to promptly process orders and ask that you allow extra
    time during the holidays for your order to process and ship.

    As the holiday rapidly approaches, some items may sell out prior to the site
    being updated. If an item you ordered is currently out of stock, we will notify you
    via email of this status.

    VERY IMPORTANT:
    Please make sure your email address is listed correctly on the order form as
    we send all email correspondence, including tracking numbers, to the email
    address listed on the order form. For those of you who have spam filters in place,
    please make sure you permit email from the domain crystal-fox.com to be
    delivered or we may not be able to contact you regarding any questions about
    your order.
    An inaccurate email address will prevent you from receiving your order confirmation,
    correspondence regarding any questions about your order and your tracking number.
    Additionally, if you try to access your order status on the website you will need to use
    the email address typed in exactly as it was on the order form.
