Return of Damage Items

Return of Damage Items
In the event an item was received damaged please read below information:

1. It is important for you to contact us immediately.Please reference your order number when you email us.

2. We will contact the shipper to have them come inspect the package so please keep all packaging
materials for their inspection. Depending on the outcome, they may pick up the item or have us issue
a return label to have it returned to us.

3. Upon notification from the shipper, we will either send a prepaid return label to you or instruct you otherwise on how
to proceed.

4. f the item is being returned to us, we will ssue you a credit upon receipt of the merchandise in its original packing.
OR send you a replacement depending on what you decide you would like us to do.

5. Shipping of the replacement item will be via the same method as the original order unless arrangements are made otherwise.

We do apologize for any inconvenience as we try to pack all items very carefully and attempt to get them to you safely.
