CFPC Crystal Fox Preferred Customer Rewards Program
Crystal Fox Preferred Customer (CFPC) reward program.
The Crystal Fox Gallery offers a customer reward program as a way to express our appreciation for your repeat business. This program gives you 1 point ($1.00) for each $10 spent on qualified merchandise* on your internet orders thru the Crystal-fox.com website. Reward points can be redeemed as credits towards future merchandise purchases on the website once your accrued total of reward credits reach 25. Once you reach 25 reward points, or more, in your account, we will apply these as a credit towards the merchandise total on your next internet order and reduce your credit card payment by the award credit redemption amount. If your CFPC points exceed the merchandise total of your next order, they will remain in your CFPC account for future use. You will even earn reward points on the merchandise $ balance due on your order, after we apply any reward credits! No need to sign up as your internet order will be automatically entered in our
rewards program for all qualified purchases.
Example: You purchase a Mats Jonasson Wolf Sculpture for $250 or a total of 3 Crystal World items for a merchandise total of $250 US.
You will earn 25 points on this purchase which equal a credit of $25.00 in your account.
The $25 reward credit will be applied to your next internet order and we will credit this amount to your merchandise total.
Terms and conditions for customer rewards:
Preferred customer rewards are earned and accrued on merchandise totals* and not earned or accrued on shipping or tax charges or fees.
Preferred customer rewards are applied to the person's account making the purchase, not the gift receipient.
Preferred customer rewards are credited towards merchandise total.
Reward credits can not be used towards any tax or shipping charges.
Reward credits are not accrued on SCS membership renewals or new applications. Swarovski bills directly for these memberships.
Rewards credits are not earned on SCS purchases made without an active U.S. SCS membership number provided on the order form.
Award credits in your CFPC account must total a minimum of 25 for us to apply them to internet purchases.
Customer reward points are nontransferable. Points have no cash value and can not be redeemed for cash.
CFPC reward points will expire after 1 year from the date of last purchase.

*The majority of items on our site qualify for the rewards points, including Swarovski, Mats Jonasson, Crystal World, San,Pacific International bronze sculptures, Jewelry, Oliver Weber to just name a few.
*Exclusions to this CFPC program include, but are not limited to: Fountains, Frabel Sculptures, custom orders, sale priced items, corporate discount purchases, special promotion offerings, winner gift certificate redemption purchases, SCS items ordered without active U.S. SCS membership at the time the order was placed or other miscellaneous discounted purchases. Adjustments on loyalty points for excluded items* may not reflect on the current invoice enclosed in your package. We reserve the right to make such adjustments as necessary.
