CFPC Crystal Fox Preferred Customer Program
Crystal Fox Preferred Customer (CFPC) reward program.
We really appreciate all our customers and have implimented a new customer reward program to show you
our appreciation for your repeat business. This program gives you 1 point for each $10 spent on qualified merchandise* on your internet orders thru the Crystal-fox.com website. Reward points can be redeemed as credits towards merchandise totals purchased on the website. Once you reach 25 reward points, or more, in your account, we will apply these as a credit towards the merchandise total on your next internet order. If your CFPC points exceed the merchandise total of your next order, they will remain in your CFPC account for future use. You will even earn reward points on the merchandise $ balance due on your order, after we apply any reward credits!
Example: You purchase the 2008 Annual Edition Panda Bears for $450. You will earn 45 points on this purchase.We will deduct $45 from the merchandise total on your next on line purchase from us.
The shopping cart does NOT take the rewards credits off the total. This is done at the time we process your order. PayPal customers will be issued reward refunds to their Paypal accounts if their reward account balance is 25 points or more at the time they make their next purchase.
If you have moved since October 2007, please provide us with your old address (city and state) in the special instruction field on the order form so that we can correctly indentify and update your account information insure the reward points will be added to any you currently have on file with us. Just type in PREVIOUS ADDRESS in the special delivery instruction section on the order form.
Some restrictions do apply:
CFPC reward points will expire after 1 year from the date of last purchase.
Exclusions to this CFPC program include, but are not limited to: Fountains, Frabel Sculptures.
custom orders, sale priced items, special promotion offerings, winner gift certificate redemption purchases, gift
certificate redemptions (purchaser accrues points not gift certificate recipient) or other miscellaneous discounted purchases. Adjustments on loyalty points for excluded items* may not reflect on the current invoice enclosed in your package. We reserve the right to make such adjustments as necessary. · Preferred customer rewards program subject to change without notice.
Preferred customer rewards are not given on shipping or tax.
Preferred customer rewards are credited towards merchandise total.
Reward credits can not be used towards any tax or shipping charges.
Applying reward credits towards merchandise totals will reduce the tax on your order and we will make
the necessary adjustment at the time we process your order.
The majority of items on our site qualify for the rewards points, including Swarovski, Mats Jonasson, Crystal World, San,Pacific International bronze sculptures, Jewelry, Oliver Weber to just name a few.
