Return Policy and procedures (excl. return of damaged merchandise)

Please read instructions listed below for return procedures: If your purchase does not measure up to your expectations, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item or items.To return or exchange an item, you need to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please do not ship the items back without a Return Authorization, as we cannot guarantee proper credit without it.  The item or items must be shipped back to us within two weeks of of the delivery date of the package. If you send the items back during this time period we will promptly and courteously issue a refund, minus any shipping-related costs incurred by either party.  If you return the item after 14 days but prior to 90 days, we will issue a store credit minus any shipping cost incurred by either party. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. 
Sales of seasonal items such as Christmas ornaments are final.  Sales of discounted and sale items are final. For health reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Please do not attempt to clean any item as this will remove our identification mark on the piece which must be present on the item for us to issue a credit. *If an item was a special order, there may be a restocking fee. Please email us if you have questions about a specific item and need to find out this information

To return a package:
1.  e-mail us at nancy@crystal-fox.com and we will authorize this return via email.  We will email you further information as to how the item should be returned. In some cases we will send a USPS prepaid label for returns or exchanges.
2.  Please include all original packaging for the item you are returning. This includes any exterior item box packaging that may be included with the inner box inside.
3. It is very important that this is done as items received without all original item related boxes will have refunds delayed until the original packing is received. This is necessary as items can not be returned or sold without respective boxes. If you have any questions, please send us email.
4. Please pack items carefully and insure package. Shipping costs for return packages are the responsibility of the person sending the package back to us.
5. Please contact us via E-mail at nancy@crystal-fox.com  as soon as possible after your item or items have been delivered to you to let us know what item you are wanting to return. We will issue a return authorization (RA#) number. Please do not return items without return authorization. This RA# must be noted on the outside of the package. Packages received without the RA# can not be accepted for return.
