How do I use the Online Gallery? (Detailed Explanation)
Browsing and purchasing on our Online Gallery is quick and easy. Follow the Steps below:
Step 1: Browse the product lines or categories by clicking on the link on the left hand menu or click on a button along the top under the logo and then you can just click on the ORDER link to add this to your order.
Step 2: Just type in what you are looking for in the QUICK SEARCH BOX and click GO. If you want a more detailed search then click the SEARCH LINK on the right hand of the logo at the top of any page. This will take you to a more detailed search page where you can use an advanced search. For those of you who are not familiar with the Search options, please take a moment to see how easy it is to use our search function to find what you are looking for.
Step 3: Once you find the item you are interested in all you need to do is to click on the image to see more details. You will then see a larger size image along with details such as size, edition, price, description, etc.
Step 4: To place the item in your shopping cart, click on "Purchase" (if you would like to buy more than one of that item, change the number in the quantity box). Remember, you can always change the quantity or remove items completely from your shopping cart.
Step 5: After clicking on "Purchase" you will be taken to your shopping cart. You will see the item that you had just added and any other items that you may have placed in your cart. The order is subtotaled less any applicable taxes or shipping charges. At this time, you can change the quantities of any item or remove items completely from your cart. To change a quantity, enter a new number in the quantity box and click on "Recalculate." To remove an item completely, click on the "Remove" button next to the item. To empty your entire shopping cart, click on "Empty Cart." If you wish to continue shopping, click on "Shop More" or choose a new category from the left hand menu. If you wish to place your order now, click on "Checkout."
Step 6: A message may pop up that states that you entering a secure page. You can verify that you are on a secure page by looking for the closed padlock icon on your browser (see 'Will my order be secure?'). Your order summary will be displayed at the top of the page -- verify that the items listed are the ones you wish to purchase. If you need to make any changes, click on the 'back' button on your browser to return to your shopping cart. Please enter your name and e-mail address in the boxes indicated. This information is important because we need to know how to get a hold of you if there are any questions on your order. Continue to fill in your billing address and shipping information (please provide all information indicated in red). If you wish to ship to an address that differs.
from your billing address, please make sure you provide a full shipping address. When you are done, click on "Continue."
Step 7: You will once again see your order listed with any applicable taxes and shipping charges added on (international shipping charges will be billed separately). Enter your method of payment (default is 'credit card'), the type of credit card, the credit card number and the expiration date. Your credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped. Click on "Submit Order" to process your order. Please wait a few moments as your order is processed.
Step 8: Once your order has processed, the next screen will show a summary of your order (you may print out the order using your browser's print button) and your order#. This order verification will also be e-mailed to the e-mail address you have supplied. Credit card orders on in-stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours. (Excluding orders placed after noon on Friday and on the weekend.) If there will be any unusual delay in fulfilling your order, you will be contacted via e-mail.
Note: You can view the contents of your cart at anytime by clicking on "View Cart" on the top menu or on the links at the bottom of the page.
