Custom Orders

Some items are available for custom ordering., such as leather masks and fountains by various vendors such as but not limited to  MWT and BW. Please send us email if you are interested in having a custom order done for you. If an item is ordered that is a special order, we will contact you via email or phone. These special order items are not available for immediate shipping, therefore requests for NEXT DAY, 2nd Day and 3 day shipping are not applicable for these items. You will be notified as stated above with approximate shipping dates. We depend on our vendors to quote accurate shipping dates and are not liable for special order items that do not ship according to the dates quoted by supplier. All shipping dates for these special order items are ESTIMATED shipping dates and may vary.

We will contact the supplier for any additional shipping costs and send you a quote via email if the item you requested requires additional shipping.
Shipping costs on custom orders will be quoted via email as they are not
included in the FREE GROUND UPS shipping costs.
