Altho we maintain a large inventory there may be cases in which an item is not currently in stock,
We cannot guarantee availability of all items all the time due to the unpredictability of customer orders
and occasional unexpected delays of vendor shipments. If an ordered item is unavailable you will be
notified via email as soon as possible. . At times, we may be awaiting shipments to replenish our
inventory and instead of removing items that will be back in stock shortly, we have left them on the site
for your viewing pleasure. Please make sure you have provided us with your CORRECT email address
as we will send you email if an item is currently not in stock. We will await your reply to this email to let
us know if you wish for us to proceed. Some items,such as large fountains, light colums etc are made
to order.Some items may be discontinued without our prior knowledge. You will be notified if an item
you have ordered falls into this category. Some items sell out prior to processing all orders and being
able to update the site.
If you have added an item into your shopping cart and go back later, the information at the time you added
this item to the cart will appear as it read even if we have made updates to the site after you have added it.
This cached information may not be the most updated as on the site at the time you actually submit your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Your email Order confirmation does not guarantee that an item is in stock.
It is is just to inform you that we have received your order form.
NOTE: If an item is not in stock, you will be sent an email to inform of this.
If your shipping costs* exceed the amount quoted on your order form,
an email will be sent to you for authorization prior to processing your order.
You may also have your shipping charges billed to your own account.
Just let us know in the comment section of the order form.
Retired or Retiring items, with a listed price and ORDER BUTTON visible, may be available in limited quantities and are subject to change without notice.
RETIRED items, without an ORDER BUTTON and NO listed price are no longer available but we have provided pictures for reference purposes only Items with a picture showing and NO Order button are pictured on the site for reference only.
