How do I return any item?
Please contact us via E-mail at nancy@crystal-fox.com within 2 weeks from the date the item was delivered to you
to let us know what item you are wanting to return. We will issue a return authorization (RA#) number. Please
do not return items without return authorization.
Our personal guarantee to you: If your purchase does not measure up to your expectations, we will promptly
and courteously refund the *purchase price, minus any shipping-related costs incurred by either party. The item
or items must be shipped back to us within two weeks of of the delivery date of the package. Please do not
attempt to clean any item as this will remove our identification mark on the piece which must be present on
the item for us to issue a credit.
*If an item was a special order, there may be a restocking fee. Please email us, if you have questions about
a specific item and need to find out about restocking fees for a specific special ordered item.
To return a package:
1. e-mail us at nancy@crystal-fox.com and we will authorize this return via email. We will email you further
information as to how the item should be returned. In some cases we will send a USPS prepaid label
for returns or exchanges. All returned packages must have the RMA# noted on the top of the package.
Packages returned without return authorization or RMA # will not be accepted.
2. Please include all original packaging for the item you are returning. This includes any exterior item box
packaging that may be included with the inner box inside.
3. Any item received without all original item related boxes will have refunds delayed until the original packing is received.
This is necessary as items can not be returned or sold without respective boxes.

4. Please pack items carefully and insure package.
Shipping costs for return packages are the responsibility of the person sending the package back to us.

Any package returned without this information may be refused or if accepted, will remain in a pending status
until customer contacts us.
Return and Credit Information:
1. Please reuse the original carton and packing material to return the item.
Please let us know if the box appears damaged prior to packing up merchandise for return shipping.
2. Please address the package to the shipped from location listed on the shipping label.
3. Please include a note indicating the item(s) and quantity being returned, and a brief explanation
why you are returning the merchandise. Please include the RMA # we have given you.
4. Please include your credit card number and expiration date on your note.
5. Please include documentation supporting any return shipping charges.
6. Place the note inside the carton and seal the carton with appropriate packaging tape.

7. Please make sure you note the RA# on the outside of the package.
