Special Orders

Please contact us regarding any special order you may be interested in. We can also do custom orders on certain items. Please email us for information regarding the specific terms of custom orders.

A deposit for special order items is required depending on the dollar amount of the purchase.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for any Special orders that are returned.
This includes any orders for items specifically ordered for you or orders that
we have had shipped directly from our suppliers to you. This includes, but is not limited to, fountains that are made to order, items that we do not have in our current stock.

This is necessary to offset the shipping and restocking costs when we return the merchandise to the original vendor. Please call us if you have any questions regarding a special order item or regarding a custom order you may be interested in.
