Vine Sculpture, Lost Wax This glass piece is made using the 2,000 year old Chinese art form of "Pate de Ver" or "Lost Wax". Each piece goes through about 8 stages before being put into the temperature controlled ovens and takes from 6 to 25 days to make. Although the shape and size are always the same, the color will vary somewhat depending on how the colors melt and mold. These are truly collectable.
